Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage sales and service operations within the Microfinance and Inclusive Banking (MFIB) segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in financial services, particularly in microfinance products and customer relationship management. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring superior customer service, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive leader capable of mentoring teams, analyzing market trends,



and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance the bank's footprint in the inclusive banking sector.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets in the microfinance and inclusive banking segment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and service professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to bank policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls related to microfinance products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and risk management to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Drive initiatives to improve service delivery standards and resolve customer grievances promptly and effectively.
