Chandivali Location. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in customer service, focusing on providing exceptional support via email. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and qualified manner.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Providing product and service information to customers as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using email support tools and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
