Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product development, sampling, order coordination, production follow-up, and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and production teams.
Handle product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, order sheets, and production documents.
Follow up on production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor product quality and resolve production-related issues.
Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other material requirements.
Track order status from sampling to final dispatch.




Communicate with clients regarding product specifications, changes, and approvals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify product trends.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular order-status reports.

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of merchandising and production processes.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple orders.

Education: Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
