Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our direct selling business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and business opportunities, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers and business prospects.
Promote and explain the company's products and services effectively.
Generate leads through direct selling, networking, referrals, and other business activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Support customer onboarding and provide necessary product information.
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and business meetings.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




Understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve company goals.

Experience

Experience in Sales, Marketing, Direct Selling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
