Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate and retail clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a quick-paced financial services environment.



This position demands a strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business growth targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, including deposit products, cash management, and other financial services.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with client portfolios.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the bank’s products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.




- Resolve client queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
