About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers through calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our software solutions, following up with prospects, and helping convert leads into customers.

You will also get an opportunity to work on digital marketing and lead-generation activities, giving you practical experience across both sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce them to our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Negotiate and help close deals with potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales information.
- Assist with digital marketing and online lead-generation activities.
- Support social media, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and lead-generation reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and customers.
