� Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably Contracting / Construction
- Handle complete accounting & financial modules – AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets & Payroll
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, management reports & financial analysis
- Robust knowledge of IFRS, VAT accounting & VAT filing
- Experience in External Audit, audit coordination & financial compliance
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, cost control & variance analysis
- Experience in ERP/accounting software implementation & process improvement
- Proficiency in Tally ERP & Advanced Excel
- Experience in month-end/year-end closing & reconciliations
- GCC & Indian experience preferred
- Strong leadership & team management skills
