Role Description This full-time, Healthcare Recruiter role is based in Bengaluru (remote working) and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for bulk hiring, for clinical and non-clinical positions, and coordinating the offer and onboarding process. The Recruitment executive will provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate closely with internal team members to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust 1-3 years Healthcare Recruiting and volume recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Hiring expertise, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communications skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, will be beneficial.
