Dynamics 365 F&O; Technical Developer – ERP Support

12 months rolling contract

Fully Remote Role - Anywhere from India

Rate – Upto INR 10000/Day (10% TDS deduction included)

Working hours – UK working hours – 5 days a week.

Must be available to join in 2 weeks.

- Technical Support & Triage: Investigate, technically triage, and resolve Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) production support tickets, ensuring issues are assessed from a developer-first perspective.
- X++ Development & Debugging: Use robust hands-on X++ development and debugging skills to analyse application behaviour, identify defects, and implement robust technical fixes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose issues across custom code, configuration, data, workflows, batch processes, and integrations, determining the underlying root cause rather than applying temporary workarounds.
- Production Issue Resolution: Investigate application errors, exceptions, logs, and system behaviour in production environments, delivering timely and controlled resolutions with minimal business disruption.
- Customisations & Extensions: Review, troubleshoot, and enhance existing F&O; customisations and extensions,



ensuring solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and extension best practices.
- Integration Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve issues involving REST APIs, interfaces, data exchanges, and integrations between F&O; and other enterprise applications.
- Technical Enhancements: Design and implement development solutions for approved change requests, enhancements, defect fixes, and recurring support issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, ERP teams, and technical specialists to understand issues, assess impact, and deliver effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Identify recurring incidents and technical weaknesses, recommend permanent improvements, and maintain clear technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Required Technical Experience: Strong Dynamics 365 F&O; experience with X++, debugging, customisations/extensions, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Experience with Dynamics AX 2012, SQL, REST/API integrations, ERP/finance processes, ITIL/service management, or large global ERP environments would be advantageous.
