Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and presenting proposals and quotations, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service delivery, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries,



providing product and service information, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in training and market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support client onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, manage multiple accounts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
