Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at HAIR RAP BY YOYO will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for salon and support roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in Ahmedabad and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role includes conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and ensuring a positive and qualified candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination, maintain recruitment records, and collaborate with management to align staffing needs with business growth.



Day-to-day tasks involve close communication with team members, proactive talent pipeline development, and adherence to company values and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding coordination skills to support new team members.
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Executive, or similar role in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic HR or recruitment software/tools.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
