Role: OpenShift Platform Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for the OpenShift platform.
- Manage platform demand across XaaS teams, balancing feature requests, platform sustainability (inc capacity management), security, reliability, and technical debt.
- Identify and drive adoption of new platform capabilities.
- Work closely with the platform engineering team, architecture, security, and XaaS product teams to align priorities and outcomes.
- Define and track platform KPIs, set Platform SLAs (inc SLOs and SLIs).

Experience:

- Experience working in highly technical, engineering-led environments.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for an internal platform or infrastructure product.
- Strong understanding of the OpenShift ecosystems and contemporary platform engineering practices.
- Experience managing competing stakeholder demand in a shared platform environment.
- Track record of translating complex technical problems into clear product priorities and outcomes.
- Experience of on-premises cloud environments
