About The Role

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Digital Imaging Specialists, Digital Artists, and 3D Artists who can produce high-quality stylized assets based on briefs and references. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, working remotely within a dynamic team environment. Candidates should have a passion for digital art and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the creation of visually compelling assets that align with project requirements and artistic vision.

Qualifications

We welcome applicants at all experience levels, including freshers, emerging digital artists, and seasoned professionals. A strong portfolio demonstrating stylized 3D work and material exploration is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D is required. Familiarity with relevant plugins and scripting enhances workflow efficiency. A solid understanding of NPR workflows, visual storytelling, and asset optimization is important. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective time-management abilities to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities





The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stylized 3D models and digital assets that meet project specifications. Key responsibilities include working with low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles to produce diverse assets. You will recreate textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles, ensuring they align with artistic and technical standards. Applying strong skills in topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering is critical to producing high-quality outputs. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating consistent variations of assets, optimizing models for production, documenting workflows, and incorporating feedback from team leads and clients to refine outputs. Collaboration and transparent communication are vital to ensure project success and adherence to creative direction.
