We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* * Handle end-to-end student visa processing for countries including New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, the Philippines, and other destinations.

* * Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.

* * Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.

* * Coordinate with international flight schools.

* * Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring timely follow-ups.

* * Track application status and proactively communicate updates to students and internal teams.

* * Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and supporting documents.

* * Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.

* * Assist students in preparing for visa interviews, where applicable.

* * Work closely with the counseling,



admissions, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Requirements

* * Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* * 4–10 years of experience in student visa processing, preferably for international education or aviation training.

* * Solid knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.

* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* * High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

* * Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

* * Experience working with overseas education consultants.
