Lyros is hiring Customer Support Executives for leading MNCs in Hyderabad Bangalore (Bengaluru).

Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Executive

Experience: 0-4 years

Locations: Hyderabad Bangalore

Openings: Voice, Non-Voice, Chat Support, Email Support, BPO Customer Service

Salary

- Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.0 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills process

Work Details

- Working Days: 5 days
- Shifts: Day shifts US rotational shifts
- Transportation: 2-way transport up to 30 km for eligible US rotational-shift processes

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines

Eligibility





- Freshers and candidates with 0-4 years of experience can apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
