Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based at Nahar Hospital in Bhinmal. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting routine examinations, performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries, managing labor and delivery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in emergency and critical care settings.



The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, following evidence-based clinical protocols, participating in on-call duties, and contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of women's health conditions.
- Clinical expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery relevant to reproductive health and emergency interventions.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS or equivalent), and valid medical registration/license.
- Experience working in multi-specialty hospital settings, preferably with exposure to emergency and critical care environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and patient-centered care, with adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to participate in on-site duties, rotational shifts, and ongoing career development.
