Job Brief:- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role focuses on driving financial product sales and delivering exceptional customer service within the bank's Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the bank's growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with individual and microfinance customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Achieve sales targets for various banking products including loans, deposits, and insurance within the MFIB segment.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and financial assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.




- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and service requests while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage the quality of customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the MFIB segment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support branch operations by assisting in risk management and compliance audits related to sales and service activities.
