We are looking for a senior insurance professional to take ownership of the Agency Channel and drive business growth through a strong distribution network.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Agency Channel business for the assigned territory.
- Build, manage and develop a high-performing agency sales team.
- Drive recruitment, activation and productivity of insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop strategies to achieve business, premium and revenue targets.
- Strengthen relationships with agents and key business partners.
- Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Ensure strong sales discipline, customer focus and business compliance.

Senior-Level Profile





- Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Life Insurance
- Agency Channel experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and agency distribution.
- Strong understanding of advisor recruitment, activation and productivity.
- Excellent leadership, communication and business development skills.
- Strong track record of achieving insurance sales targets.
