Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our Sales and Service department. The role involves driving the growth of microfinance and banking products by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role is pivotal in expanding the bank's footprint in the microfinance sector while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve microfinance and banking product targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Conduct detailed customer assessments to recommend suitable loan products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.




- Ensure timely processing of loan applications, documentation, and disbursements in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
