Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Demonstrate 1+ year of experience in transaction processing or operations support roles.
- Interpret legal language in operational documents and apply the impacts to required actions.
- Demonstrate understanding of the financial services industry, products, and operational processes.
- Analyze exceptions and client inquiries to determine accurate resolution steps.
- Communicate clearly with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Deliver high attention to detail and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
- Maintain excellent client focus and customer care working practices.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Use solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Demonstrate willingness and flexibility to work during United States business hours.
