About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is confident, articulate, and enjoys speaking with people. This is a remote role focused on outbound communication, lead generation, relationship building, and business development.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects.
- Introduce our products, services, and offerings clearly and confidently.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and calls with interested prospects for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversations.
- Work towards defined outreach, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and business development strategies.

Experience
