Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Trainee role based in Kodungallur. The Graduate Trainee will support branch operations, assist in servicing policyholders, and help maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards. The role involves learning and applying core life insurance concepts, supporting sales and customer relationship activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.



Trainees will participate in structured training programs, shadow experienced team members, and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks and small projects. The position offers exposure to operational processes, customer service practices, and compliance requirements within a leading life insurance organization.
