ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Tech Specialist to be the organization's expert on Claude - across every surface Anthropic ships it on. This is not a general AI/ML engineering role: it's a deep, focused specialization in Claude itself - the consumer apps, the developer platform, and the enterprise agent tooling - and in helping the rest of the company get real value out of it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert across the full Claude product suite: Claude.ai (Projects, Artifacts, Memory), Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude in Chrome, Claude Science and Claude in Slack (Claude Tag)

• Build and maintain Agent Skills and MCP server integrations that connect Claude to internal systems, documents, and data

• Design, test, and maintain system prompts and Claude Projects for recurring internal use cases

• Administer the Claude Console/Platform: API keys, usage and spend monitoring, workspace and model configuration

• Evaluate current Claude model releases and capabilities (adaptive reasoning, computer use, code execution, extended context, memory) and turn them into internal best practices

• Review and govern Agent Skills and MCP servers before deployment - security review, version pinning, access control

• Run internal training and office hours so other teams adopt Claude products effectively

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2-5 years of hands-on, daily-driver fluency across the Claude product suite - Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Agent Skills,



and Claude in Slack/Chrome

• Practical experience with the Claude API and Claude Agent SDK (Python or TypeScript) - tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, context management

• Experience building and packaging Agent Skills, and connecting Claude to systems via MCP servers

• Strong Claude-specific prompt engineering skills - system prompts, XML structuring, context window management

• Working understanding of Claude's safety approach (Constitutional AI, Responsible Scaling Policy) and how it shapes enterprise deployment

• Comfort evaluating and quickly adopting new Claude releases as Anthropic ships them

• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain Claude's capabilities and limits to non-technical stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience administering Claude for Enterprise/Team (SSO, audit logs, governance, seat management)

• Experience deploying Claude via Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Foundry

• Familiarity with Claude Code plugins, subagents, hooks, and slash commands

• Experience building or maintaining an internal Agent Skills / MCP registry

• Prior experience presenting Claude adoption work to leadership or running change management for a new tool rollout
