Serve as Tier 2 specialist for all complex OTC incidents escalated from Tier 1 — sales orders, pricing, revenue recognition, collections

• Own functional configuration queries, complex pricing rule issues, revenue recognition exceptions (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), and multi-entity invoicing problems

• Perform data validation and reconciliation for OTC module during period-end and go-live windows

• Participate in Oracle quarterly update regression testing for OTC scope — assess impact on revenue recognition and invoicing workflows

• Own OTC section of the Tower 1 knowledge base and runbooks; maintain and update after every incident closure

• Interface with Cook OTC Business Process Owner for escalated functional queries and configuration change requests

• Support UAT coordination and defect management for recent OTC functionality during each regional go-live

NICE TO HAVE / VALUE-ADD:

• Prior Oracle Fusion OTC implementation or support experience on a multi-entity global account

• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance requirements in Oracle Fusion Financials
