Lead Tier 2 functional specialist for PTP — the CoE governance pilot module; most visible and highest-scrutiny role in Tower 1

• Resolve complex PTP incidents: invoice matching exceptions (3-way match), supplier onboarding issues, payment approval workflow failures, and AP reconciliation errors

• Document the PTP governance model during the CoE pilot — capture sprint retrospective outputs and pilot reporting inputs for the CoE Delivery Manager

• Own PTP runbooks and knowledge base; maintain supplier onboarding documentation and catalogue management procedures

• Coordinate with Agiloft Tower 3 owner on PTP-Agiloft integration incidents (contract-to-PO lifecycle)

• Participate in PTP 2-week sprint reviews during the CoE pilot phase; present metrics and issue log to Cook governance forum

• Support AMER go-live (1,000+ users) with scaled PTP coverage during hypercare window

NICE TO HAVE / VALUE-ADD:

• Prior Oracle Fusion PTP implementation experience — particularly supplier portal and multi-currency AP configuration

• Experience designing CoE governance frameworks for Oracle Procure-to-Pay operations
