Resolve Tier 2 EPM Cloud incidents: PBCS model errors, FCCS consolidation failures, ARCS reconciliation exceptions, and Smart View connectivity issues

• Own EPM data integration incidents with RTR actuals feed — troubleshoot data load failures between Oracle Financials and EPM Cloud

• Participate in Oracle quarterly EPM update impact assessment; test PBCS/FCCS/ARCS configurations after each quarterly release

• Provide intensive support during annual budget cycle and quarterly forecast periods (peak demand windows for EPM)

• Own EPM Tier 2 runbooks, PBCS model documentation, and FCCS consolidation sequence guides

• Coordinate with T3-05 Financial Close Lead on RTR-EPM integration incidents during financial close windows

NICE TO HAVE / VALUE-ADD:

• Prior Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or Narrative Reporting)

• Experience supporting EPM in a corporate FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) context with multi-entity consolidation

• Knowledge of Oracle Smart View Excel integration and common connectivity/performance issues
