Job / Activity / KRA

1.Timely Project execution, commissioning and material management of Carbon expansion project.

2. Meeting of all the cashflow deadline on time .

3. Project safety manangement to ensure zero harm in entire installaiton and commissiong of the project

4. External and internal Stakeholder management.

Job Brief

1. To take responsibility for operation, process control, maintenance ofCarbon Plant for on time delivery of volumes to the Pot Room as per quality standards as well as the coke handling system including transfer system of coke handling from railway unloading site to coke silo to green anode plant

2.To implement quality, safety, health, setting parameters as well as statutory stipulations, train the team and drive improvement initiatives towards sustainability.

3.Project Management.

5. Costing and Budgeting for plant operation and maintenance.

Area of Relevant Experience





Must have experience in Aluminium smelter projects.

Have worked in project of similar facility.

Have experience of managing team of similar experties and capacity

Must have worked in organisation of similar volume.

Job Specific Technical Skill

1.General layout of Carbon Plant and Knowledge of key Raw material specific to Carbon Plant.

2.Specifications, Design & Operating parameters ,process application, of Anode manufacturing Technology

3.Fundamnetals of Maintenance Methodology and strategy

4.Supply Chain Management

5.Contract Mangement

6.Finanicial (Budgeting , Cash & Cost)

Negotiations

7.Project Life cycle Management

8.Construction Management

9.Basics of Refractory and its usages , Furnace lining, storage and procurement process, disposal procedures.

10. Knowledge about ISO standards.

Bahcelor of Technology in Mechanical/Metallurgy/production is preferred
