We are looking for an experienced IT Sales / Solution Sales professional to drive business growth, manage enterprise customers, and lead the sales process from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue/sales targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise/B2B customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to deal closure.
- Handle RFP/RFI/RFQ, proposals, estimations and commercial discussions.
- Work closely with technical, delivery and engineering teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Lead pricing, commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
- Present solution value propositions and business perks to customers.
- Prepare weekly sales, revenue and pipeline reports and forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
