Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled **Staff Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack)** to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native development, modern frontend frameworks, and microservices architecture. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. **Key Responsibilities** + Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. + Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. + Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies. + Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend services. + Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions. + Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. + Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
