Recruit, train, and activate Insurance Advisors to build a productive agency team.- Drive life insurance sales through advisors and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.- Conduct regular sales meetings, field coaching, and joint calls with advisors to improve performance.- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and customer acquisition.- Monitor advisor productivity, persistency, and policy issuance while ensuring compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement action plans to achieve targets
