Job Role – Premium Wealth Manager Manage and strengthen relationships with premium and high-value customers through the assigned bank branch network. Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance and wealth management solutions. Generate premium business through effective engagement with bank customers and branch teams. Work closely with bank officials to identify high-potential customers and generate quality leads. Provide personalized financial solutions based on customers’ investment, protection, and wealth creation requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium customers and key bank stakeholders. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and business growth. Achieve assigned business targets through effective relationship management, customer engagement, and product positioning. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is mandatory. 5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance preferred. Positive communication and relationship management skills. Strong customer-handling and interpersonal abilities.
