You will be responsible for the safe, controlled, and efficient assembly of lithium-ion battery modules and BESS systems. Key duties include process planning, executing assembly against BOMs and SOPs, implementing in-process quality gates.
Required Candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech with 2-5 years of experience in battery/BESS, power electronics, or electrical manufacturing. Requires solid practical knowledge of assembly, torque-control, ESD, and 5S principles.
