Job Summary

The Head of School is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the educational institution. This role involves overseeing academic programs, faculty, staff, student affairs, and operational functions to ensure a high-quality educational experience and the achievement of the school's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the school's strategic plan, educational philosophy, and long-term goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee curriculum development, academic standards, and student assessment to ensure educational excellence.
- Manage the school's budget, financial operations, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.

- Lead admissions, student recruitment, and retention efforts.

Qualifications

- Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, strategic planning, financial management, curriculum development, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, understanding of educational best practices.
- Education: Advanced degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. A Master's or Doctoral degree is typically required.
