About the Role

Octavia Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales and marketing team and is looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing & Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, communicate with prospective travellers and convert enquiries into confirmed tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers and leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain tour packages, destinations, hotels, inclusions and pricing clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper records.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build a good relationship with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the operations team for quotations,



bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the company's CRM/Google Sheets.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities when required.

Who We Are Looking For
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Malayalam is an advantage.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up ability and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets.
- Experience in telemarketing, travel sales, tourism, hospitality or customer service is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
