About the Role

Xtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and revenue targets through new business development and key account management.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.
- Drive large and strategic deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.
- Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management .
- Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV,



Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.
- Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail .
- Solid negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Highly driven with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.
