About the job

Responsibilities :

- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close process, including proposing and recording journal entries
- Support all payroll-related accounting for designated entities and perform monthly account reconciliations
- Support accounting for all cash accounts including bank match where required and reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple entities ensuring all entries are properly supported within NetSuite
- Manage accounts payable accruals and monthly reconciliation of AP subledgers to the Netsuite general ledger
- Maintain and amortize prepaid schedules, recording necessary journal entries
- Record recurring accruals for multiple accounts
- Perform other related duties as necessary and as assigned
- Assist with the support for external audit as requested
- Support ongoing SOX compliance requirements as necessary
- Supervise other shared service members as may be required

Skills and Requirements :

- Experience in Netsuite preferred
- Experience with Excel
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills




- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks
- Must command strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Education / Training:

- Accounting / Finance degree required

Experience:

- Experience working in a shared service environment and supporting offshore entities preferred
