About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute event marketing strategies across offline and online platforms to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and engagement.
2. Work with the design team to conceptualize and provide creative inputs for branding materials, visuals, and promotional creatives.
3. Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media promotions, email campaigns, online advertising, and portal listings.
4. Plan and manage conference creation - including preparing agendas, identifying and inviting speakers, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
5. Handle event promotions through digital platforms, newsletters, and industry networks to maximize reach.
6. Build and maintain media partnerships and association tie-ups for increased publicity and brand collaboration.
7. Ensure a strong online presence through consistent updates on websites, portals, and social media channels.
8. Curate and execute special award themes, including concept development, jury selection, and panel coordination with industry leaders.
9. Organize networking evenings and themed events to facilitate meaningful connections between buyers, sellers, and key stakeholders.
10. Manage VIP networking initiatives - including compiling invite lists, coordinating gifts, and overseeing hospitality arrangements.

Update and maintain the official website with event information, conference details, and promotional content.
12. Create and edit industry-focused content - news articles, stories, and features - for weekly newsletters, emailers, and digital promotions.
13. Coordinate matchmaking services between exhibitors and buyers to enhance event value and participation outcomes.
14. Strategize and supervise on-site branding and visual communication to ensure impactful brand presence across the event venue.
15. Collaborate with the internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of all event and promotional activities.

Other requirements

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing, mass communication, English, journalism, or related field.

2. 0-1 year of experience in event marketing, content creation, or branding (exhibitions, conferences, or media industry preferred).

3. Freshers with excellent writing, creativity, and digital awareness are welcome.

4.



Excellent written and verbal communication with a flair for storytelling and content strategy.

5. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content planning.

6. Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle event timelines.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or other creative content tools will be an added advantage.

8. A proactive, organized, and creative professional with attention to detail and aesthetics.
