Position: Branch Manager
Location: Vadakkencherry
Experience: 8 Years of relevant experience in Building Material Industry
Salary: Upto 7.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Drive branch performance and ensure achievement of defined KPIs and business targets.
• Monitor and supervise the entire branch staff, including Sales & Marketing, Customer Relations, Display, VDY Logistics, Billing & Cash, etc.
• Conduct daily meetings with Floor Managers and Core Team Members.
• Conduct individual discussions with Sales & Marketing and Core Team Members to review performance and address concerns.
• Conduct weekly marketing visits
• Develop weekly sales and marketing plans to achieve branch targets.
• Ensure branch discipline, employee grooming, attendance and overall operational standards.
• Coordinate company executive meetings based on scheduled appointments.




• Maintain solid relationships with major clients and support the sales team in closing key deals.
• Empower and guide Floor Managers to improve team performance.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for auditing and financial support activities.
• Ensure credit sales, cash handling and overall financial discipline in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Handle customer and employee complaints in coordination with the HR Department.
• Provide recruitment support to the HR Department.
• Coordinate with HR for performance evaluations and other employee-related discussions.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, client relationship and decision-making skills are essential.
