Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify qualified companies and decision-makers who may benefit from PR and marketing services.
- Focus on privately held, growth-stage companies with established market fit, solid revenue/profitability, and scaling potential.
- Identify prospects across industries such as technology, finance, and other growing businesses.
- Conduct prospect research through LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other online channels.
- Build and maintain a consistent weekly pipeline of qualified leads.
- Create and send personalized LinkedIn messages and cold emails.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospects to increase response and conversion rates.
- Qualify leads based on company size, business stage, budget, decision-maker role, and potential PR needs.
- Identify and connect with CEOs, founders, marketing leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Convert qualified prospects into discovery calls and meetings.
- Follow up with contacts generated through BNI, networking events, conferences, and existing connections.
- Research BNI members and networking contacts to identify suitable prospects.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track outreach performance and continuously improve prospecting and messaging strategies.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activity, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, SDR, or Business Development.
- Strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, lead research, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Experience working with US/Canadian markets preferred.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and high-potential prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and able to consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Experience in PR, marketing, technology, or professional services is a plus.
