Role Description The RFP/BID – ERP/Workday Proposal Manager contract role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of proposals for Workday and ERP-related opportunities in a remote setting. This includes reviewing RFP/RFI/RFQ documents, coordinating bid responses, and developing compelling proposal content aligned with client requirements and AGS capabilities. The role involves collaborating with sales, delivery, and subject matter experts to gather technical, functional, and pricing information, as well as maintaining proposal templates, reusable content, and a bid library. The Proposal Manager will track proposal deadlines, ensure compliance with submission criteria, and support continuous improvement of AGS's bid processes and win strategies.

Qualifications

- Experience with ERP and Workday solutions, including familiarity with HCM, Financials,



Payroll, Integrations, or related modules.
- Solid proposal and bid management skills, including RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, response planning, and compliance review.
- Proven ability to write, edit, and structure clear, persuasive proposal content for technical and business audiences.
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, SMEs, finance) to gather and refine proposal inputs.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience managing multiple bids, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a remote environment.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, proposal management or CRM platforms).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities for interpreting client requirements and shaping winning proposal strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT consulting, system integration, or staffing services environments is highly beneficial.
