This environment is ideal for individuals who want to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-growth setting.Role Description As Co-Founder (CMO) with Investment at Sellers Login, you will lead the end-to-end marketing function while contributing as an equity partner in the business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring close collaboration with the founding team to define the brand vision, go-to-market strategy, and growth roadmap.Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine positioning and pricing,



and work with sales to build effective funnels and conversion strategies.The role also involves setting marketing KPIs, guiding a small team or external partners, and actively participating in key business, product, and funding decisions.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Marketing and Sales skills to design growth strategies, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue generation.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, validate hypotheses, and make evidence-based strategic decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to articulate the brand story, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent the company in external engagements.Experience in startup or early-stage environments, including exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or equity-based roles, is beneficial.Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital-first businesses, is an advantage.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with readiness to make a financial investment aligned with co-founder responsibilities.Minimum 10 years of experince in Sales or Marketing.
