Effective communication skills are essential for this role to ensure successful placements and client relationships.Client Relationship Management:



Collaborate with the client/Vendors/Hiring Managers to understand requirements and build relationships with Vendors/clients. Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and experience for consideration.Placement and Negotiation: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating with candidates and clients.
