Team members collaborate across operations, finance, and sales to support sustainable growth and strong customer relationships.Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate posting of all financial transactions. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial statements, assisting with budgeting, managing bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow and outstanding receivables. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting process improvements in the finance function. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



requiring regular collaboration with the finance team and management.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, including GST and TDS.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Experience managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance in a corporate setting.Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear reports to management.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA/ICWA/ACCA or equivalent) are an advantage.Prior experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods company, preferably in a senior or supervisory accounts role, is highly beneficial.
