Seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern to help manage and grow our brand’s online presence. This role offers hands -on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, with the opportunity to transition into a full -time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy
Development: Design and execute social media
strategies aligned with business
goals.

- Content

Creation: Craft, schedule, and publish
engaging content, including text,
images, videos, and stories, across multiple
platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
TikTok, etc.). Create all the content yourself.

- Community
Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and
messages, and foster a sense of community around the
brand.

- Analytics &
Reporting: Track
and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the
success of campaigns, identifying areas for
improvement.

- Trend
Monitoring: Stay
up -to -date on social media trends, emerging platforms,
and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of
the curve.

- Collaboration: Work
closely with marketing, content, and design teams to
ensure cohesive branding and
messaging.

Requirements
- Recent graduate or final -year student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and current trends.

- Familiarity with influencer collaborations or partnership coordination is a plus.

- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage.

- Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and trend -driven content ideas.

- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently.

- Analytical thinking with an interest in tracking performance metrics and improving strategies.

- Self -motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast -paced environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross -functional teams.
