As the Senior Manager of finance, you will be overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational objectives. This position involves managing a team, analyzing financial data, and contributing to decision-making processes.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for business strategy based on financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and support business operations.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis to evaluate financial performance against forecasts and budgets.
- Assess potential investments and financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for efficient financial operations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Track record of successful financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong background in team management and development.
- Exposure to ERP system implementation and optimization.
- Previous experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a comparable industry.
Good to have :
- Understanding of tax regulations and strategies to optimize tax positions.
- Exposure to managing finances in a global or multinational context.
- Experience in financial aspects of M&A; transactions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for effective presentation of financial insights.
- Knowledge of financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Relevant skilled certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA.
