Requirements

QUALIFICATION &
SKILL SET

- 2-4 years of experience as a Talent
Acquisition.





- Responsible for overseeing
talent acquisition.

- Familiar with social media, C.V. Databases, and professional networks

- Full-cycle recruiting, using
various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking
Systems

- Proficiency in documenting
processes and keeping up with industry trends

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in
human resources management.
