ABOUT

Agnikul Cosmos is a company incubated at IIT Madras and we build rockets that can take satellites up to 500 kg to Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). In May 2024, we successfully completed our maiden launch from our own launchpad (India's first private launchpad). The launch has proven all the recent technologies developed by Agnikul and also earned recognition from Honourable Prime Minister of India.

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage end -to -end employee lifecycle activities and ensure smooth day -to -day HR operations. The role involves handling employee records, onboarding, payroll inputs, compliance documentation, employee data management, and exit processes while maintaining a seamless employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

> - Manage end -to -end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
>
> - Coordinate pre -joining activities, documentation, employee onboarding, and induction.
>
> - Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with high accuracy and confidentiality.
>
> - Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and other employee -related changes.
>
> - Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely salary processing and statutory compliance.
>
> - Handle employee letters and documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving documents.
>
> - Manage exit formalities including resignation processing,

clearance, full & final settlement coordination, and exit documentation.
>
> - Track employee milestones such as probation completion, contract renewals, confirmations, and employment status changes.
>
> - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws while maintaining HR documentation and audit readiness.
>
> - Generate HR reports, dashboards, and employee data for management review.
>
> - Support HR process improvements, policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR projects as required.

> Requirements

> - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
>

> - Relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
>

> - Hands -on experience with payroll inputs, HR documentation, and employee records management.
>

> - Good understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and employment documentation.
>

> - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRMS/HRIS systems.
>

> - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
>

> - Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
>

> - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast -paced environment.
>

> - Willingness to work a 6 -day work week.
>

> - Flexibility to work extended hours, whenever required, to meet business needs.
