We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, PF, ESI, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete HR function in a manufacturing/textile workplace.

Requirements

- End-to-end HR Operations & Employee Management

- Complete Payroll Processing – attendance, OT, LOP, deductions & salary

- Strong knowledge of PF/EPFO & ESI/ESIC compliance

- Manage ECR filing, UAN, PF claims & ESI contributions

- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

- Recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning

- Employee grievance & disciplinary handling

- HR MIS, attendance & payroll reports

- Coordinate with Accounts, EPFO & ESIC authorities

- Knowledge of Zoho Payroll/HRMS & Advanced Excel

Qualification





- MBA / PGDM – HR preferred

- MSW / MA HR / MHRM / relevant degree

- Strong practical experience in HR, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
