relevance.

â Plan and execute influencer collaborations, campaign storytelling, and brand narrative

initiatives.

â Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure timely and high -quality content

delivery.

â Work with mentors, trainers, and marketing leads to create educational and awareness -

based content.

â Maintain workflow consistency across creative and marketing deliverables.

â Study competitor strategies and analyze current edtech communication trends.

â Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, and lead generation).

â Use analytics insights to refine content strategy and improve campaign outcomes.

â Oversee interns or junior writers to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice

adherence.

â Provide creative direction and feedback to maintain excellence in content output.

Requirements

â Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related

field.

â 2–4 years of professional experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related

domain.

â Proven expertise in creating and executing content strategies that support business and

marketing objectives.

â Robust portfolio showcasing diverse content creation and successful campaigns.

â Experience managing or mentoring content teams in a fast -paced environment, preferably

within the EdTech or service -based sector.

â Deep understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools.

â Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
