? Hiring Delivery Executives – FirstCry Last Mile Delivery

We are looking for Delivery Executives to join the FirstCry Last Mile Delivery team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering shipments safely and on time to customers within the assigned delivery area.

? Job Responsibilities

• Pick up shipments from the assigned hub

• Deliver FirstCry shipments to customers on time

• Handle cash/online delivery processes as applicable

• Maintain proper communication with customers

• Follow the assigned delivery route and daily targets

• Ensure all shipments are delivered safely

• Update delivery status through the required app/system

? Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000/month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,600/month

• Fuel Allowance: ₹3/km, paid weekly

• Delivery Incentives:

– 30+ shipments: ₹10 per shipment

– 40+ shipments:



₹20 per shipment

• Salary Date: 7th of every month

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

✅ Eligibility

• 10th Pass is mandatory

• Age: Below 45 years

• Two-wheeler is mandatory

• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Positive communication and customer-handling skills preferred
